I met Darlene on Zillo, and she responded immediately. I came to Florida and she had a list of properties to show me the first day I was here. By the middle of the week we had a signed contract and a mortgage application well on its way to being approved. When it came time for settlement, she was relentless in getting the Condo association approval so we could close on the property without needing an extension over a Holliday weekend. I would highly recommend her for anyone moving to this area of South Florida.

Our journey in selling our condo while we were not in Florida was made much easier working with Vic. He went the extra mile by making sure that the condo was in clean condition when showing by dusting and sweeping the floors, that the bathrooms were tidy and that the appliances were always in working order. We knew we didn't have to worry about anything has he was very efficient. His pleasant manner and both Vic and his wife Mayra were working hard to get the condo sold. She took it on without hesitation and kept me informed of the proceedings sometimes on a daily basis. The most challenging part was dealing with my tenants who were not very cooperative at times with the selling process.
