I met Darlene on Zillo, and she responded immediately. I came to Florida and she had a list of properties to show me the first day I was here. By the middle of the week we had a signed contract and a mortgage application well on its way to being approved. When it came time for settlement, she was relentless in getting the Condo association approval so we could close on the property without needing an extension over a Holliday weekend.
